==== Short periodic meeting ====
  * Meeting with students from the same project (research project, outreach project).
  * Short: 15 minutes
  * Frequent: every day or every other day
  * Synchronous, preferably face to face.
  * Same initial time, same maximum final time
  * Must address what has been done since last meeting, what will be done today, and problems faced meanwhile (in the iteration), always about the current planned iteration goals.
  * Problems should be identified, but not addressed or resolved in the meeting (they may by addressed after the meeting).
  * Activities not directly related to current iteration goals should be mentioned, but not thoroughly described.
